Before we arrive
Please tidy up any clutter before your appointment. If your home has heavy buildup (trash, lots of pet hair, etc.), add the flat-rate Heavy Duty extra when you book.
Once we arrive
Work outside the normal scope, such as decluttering or organizing, is billed at our hourly rate before the cleaning begins. This applies to anything that prevents us from starting on arrival. If we find heavy buildup, we’ll add the Heavy Duty extra to your booking.
What we don't do
- Lift or move heavy furniture that needs two people
- Reach heights beyond our 2-step ladder
- Clean TV screens
- Carpet cleaning (we’re happy to refer you to great providers)
- Clean biohazards such as blood or feces
- Clean properties with rodent or insect infestations
- Move appliances connected to gas or water
- Serve clients who are disrespectful to our staff
